ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.10 — Undervoltage
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Control circuit power supply voltage dropped below permissible level, or main circuit DC bus voltage dropped
- Causes: loose power connector, supply voltage below rated range (170–264 VAC; protection trips below 160 VAC), instantaneous power failure exceeding 60 ms, incorrect single-phase wiring
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check and re-seat power connector
- Verify supply voltage is within rated range (170–264 VAC; do not operate below 170 VAC even if protection has not yet tripped)
- Increase power supply capacity or acceleration time if bus voltage drops during acceleration
- Correct single-phase wiring
- Replace servo amplifier if fault persists
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
