ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.52 — Error Excessive (Position Deviation Overflow)
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Position deviation (droop pulse count) exceeded the alarm threshold set in Pr.PC24/PC43 (MR-JE-A/C) or Pr.PC01/PC06 (MR-JE-B)
- Causes: disconnected motor power cable, incorrect motor or encoder wiring, active torque limit, machine collision, unreleased electromagnetic brake, insufficient torque, low bus voltage, short acceleration/deceleration time constant, or low position loop gain
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check motor power cable and U/V/W wiring. Verify encoder cable routing. Check if torque limit is active (Pr.PA11/PA
- and increase if needed. Inspect for mechanical collision. Release electromagnetic brake. Increase deceleration time constant. Increase position loop gain (Pr.PB08).
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
