The effective load ratio reached 85% of the overload alarm AL.50 trip level.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Reduce load or duty cycle
- Review acceleration/deceleration settings
- Check for mechanical binding
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
