ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.50 — Overload 1
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Servo amplifier thermal protection exceeded — continuous load exceeded rated value over time
- Causes: disconnected motor power cable, incorrect U/V/W wiring, electromagnetic brake not released during operation, excessive load (effective load ratio too high), incorrect encoder cable connection, servo system resonance, or amplifier/encoder malfunction
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check motor power cable continuity
- Verify U/V/W wiring
- Confirm electromagnetic brake is released before operation
- Reduce load or use larger capacity motor
- Verify encoder cable connection
- Adjust servo gains to eliminate resonance
- Allow 30 minutes cooling before restart
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
