ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.56 — Forced Stop Error
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Servo motor failed to decelerate normally during forced stop (EMG) deceleration sequence
- Sub-code 56.2: motor speed exceeded overspeed limit during forced stop deceleration
- Sub-code 56.3: estimated travel distance during deceleration exceeded
- Causes: forced stop deceleration time constant too short (Pr.PC51), active torque limit, servo system oscillation, or encoder fault
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Increase the forced stop deceleration time constant (Pr.PC51)
- Check if torque limit is active and review the torque limit value
- Adjust servo gains and configure machine resonance suppression filter to eliminate oscillation
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
