Why does it occur?
- Communication error occurred between the servo amplifier and encoder
- Possible causes include noise, damaged cable, or loose connector

How to fix it?
- Check encoder cable connections and routing
- Implement noise countermeasures
- Replace cable if damaged
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
