MR-JE AL.37 — Parameter Error
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- A parameter setting is outside the allowable range, contradicts another parameter, or a point table setting is invalid
- Sub-codes: 37.1 (parameter out of range), 37.2 (conflicting parameter combination), 37.3 (point table setting error)
- Note: not recorded in alarm history
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Use the servo amplifier display or MR Configurator2 to read the parameter error number and identify the offending parameter
- Correct the setting to within the valid range
- Resolve conflicting parameter combinations
- Correct invalid point table entries
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
