ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.33 — Overvoltage
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Main circuit DC bus voltage exceeded 400 V DC
- Causes: incorrect regenerative resistor/option setting (Pr.PA02), disconnected regenerative resistor/option, broken regenerative resistor or option wiring, insufficient regenerative capacity, or supply voltage above 264 VAC
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Verify Pr.PA02 setting matches installed regenerative hardware
- Check regenerative resistor/option connections
- Measure resistance of built-in resistor or option for open circuit
- If insufficient capacity, install or upgrade to a larger regenerative option
- Lower supply voltage if above 264 VAC
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
