CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- The multi-revolution counter of the absolute encoder reached the warning level
- The encoder may have exceeded its multi-turn range
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Perform home position return to reset the multi-revolution counter.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
