CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Absolute position data stored in encoder has been lost. Triggered on first power-on of absolute position detection system, after battery replacement, when battery connector (CN
- disconnected during power-off, when battery voltage is too low (<3 V DC), or due to encoder/battery cable faults.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Confirm battery is correctly installed in CN
- Perform home position return/setting. If battery voltage is below 3 V DC, replace the battery. Check encoder battery cable connection on motor side.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
