ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.51 — Overload 2
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Maximum output current flowed continuously — typically caused by machine collision or severe mechanical jam. More severe than AL.
- Causes: disconnected motor power cable, incorrect U/V/W wiring, incorrect encoder cable connection, torque saturation, or amplifier/encoder malfunction.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Inspect for mechanical collisions or jams and correct
- Check motor power cable continuity and U/V/W wiring
- Verify encoder cable connection
- Check peak load ratio — if torque is saturated, reduce load or use larger motor
- Allow 30 minutes cooling before restart
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
