ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.30 — Regenerative Error
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Permissible regenerative power of built-in or external regenerative resistor exceeded, or regenerative transistor malfunction
- Causes: incorrect regenerative resistor setting (Pr.PA02), unconnected/incorrect regenerative option, supply voltage above 264 VAC, or regenerative load ratio exceeding 100%
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Verify Pr.PA02 matches installed regenerative resistor/option
- Confirm regenerative option wiring
- Reduce supply voltage if above 264 VAC
- Reduce positioning frequency or increase deceleration time
- Install/upgrade to larger regenerative option
- Allow 30 minutes cooling before restart
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
