MR-JE AL.35 — Command Frequency Error
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Input command pulse frequency is too high for the servo amplifier to process
- Causes: excessive command pulse frequency, incorrect command pulse train filter selection in Pr.PA13, excessive manual pulse generator input frequency, or over-speed command from controller
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Review and reduce command pulse frequency
- Verify Pr.PA13 filter setting matches actual command frequency range
- Reduce manual pulse generator input frequency
- Check that controller command does not exceed permissible motor speed
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
