ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.31 — Overspeed
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Servo motor speed exceeded the instantaneous permissible speed
- Causes: excessive command pulse frequency, incorrect electronic gear ratio, speed command exceeding Pr.PC08 overspeed level, servo system oscillation, overshoot due to short acceleration time, or incorrect U/V/W wiring
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Review command pulse frequency and operation pattern
- Verify electronic gear (Pr.PA06/PA07)
- Confirm Pr.PC08 overspeed detection level is correct
- Increase acceleration/deceleration time constant or reduce load
- Adjust servo gain to eliminate oscillation
- Check U/V/W motor power wiring
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
