ServoMR-JEVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
MR-JE AL.24 — Main Circuit Error (Ground Fault)
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Ground fault detected on servo motor power output lines (U/V/W). Detected by hardware circuit (24.
- or software function (24.2). Causes: servo amplifier malfunction, ground fault or short in motor power cable, ground fault in motor windings, or contact between power input and motor cables.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Disconnect motor power cables (U/V/W) — if alarm still occurs, replace servo amplifier
- Check motor power cable insulation for shorts
- Measure insulation resistance between U/V/W and ground on motor side
- Replace servo motor if ground fault is confirmed
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
